"Ordered removed" means either that a judge ordered you deported/removed, or you signed a stipulated removal order, or you were caught at the border and immigration officials decided to complete Expedited Removal paperwork on you. For this last item, many immigrants are uncertain whether they were simply refused entry or were formally removed. An FBI fingerprint check is often the best way to find out. Removals and entries occurring before you turn 18 will count.
