Your prior immigration history does not go away. If you started a process and abandoned it, there is a possibility that the government put you in removal proceedings. If you moved and did not provide the government with a new address, you may have been ordered removed in your absence. You would then have failed to attend a removal hearing. If you ever "filed something" or were apprehended by immigration officials, you need to find out what happened with your case. You may have an outstanding order for removal. See #4 above for more information.
