The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has Immigrants' Rights as one of its key issues and focuses for protecting the rights of individuals. The ACLU is a large, well-resepcted non-profit with nearly 200 staff attorneys nation-wide. Their focus is litigation where the case is likely to set an important precedent decision.
